In the United States, Miranda Aldridge noticed a small bump near her 3-year-old daughter Cameron’s eye. Initially dismissed as fatty tissue, Miranda’s concern prompted further testing.

The diagnosis was heartbreaking: B-cell lymphoma, a form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. At just three years old, Cameron began intensive chemotherapy, and her bravery captured the hearts of many. A touching video of her smiling while cutting her hair before treatment went viral.

In response, the Aldridge family founded Courage for Cam, a nonprofit to support pediatric cancer patients and their families through resources, awareness, and advocacy.
